On the 17th and 18th of May, the 6th Iberian Congresso de Atividade Física e Desporto took place, under the theme of “New fitness times” at the Polytechnic Institute of Beja – Portugal. Some members of the AFAES Group attended it where they presented the results of the latest studies.
